LPF License Details

Here you can enter your data in order to create an automatic application for purchase of the Loan Performer License.

Open this screen from the System menu and enter the following (overwrite the text found in some boxes):

• Name of the organisation: The full name of your organisation.
• Abbreviation: The abbreviated name of your organisation.
• Contact person: The name of the person who will be in charge of communicating with Crystal Clear Software offices regarding the Loan Performer use.
• Email: Your e-mail address.
• Branch Name: The full name of the branch of your organisation that is applying for a license.
• Branch Code: The two-letter abbreviation of the branch name, which will be used in Loan Performer.
• Address: The full postal/physical address of your organisation.
• Tel.: The telephone number of your organisation.
• Fax: The fax number of your organisation.
• Number of Network Users: The number of intended simultaneous network users.
• Mark the version which is appropriate for your organisation (grey area on the left of the screen): Branch version or Corporate version.
• Scroll the box in the lower part of the screen and choose the number of licenses you want to order.

Click on the button Preview to preview the application and on the button Print to print it out. Your application will look similar to the following:

This application should be sent to Crystal Clear Software Ltd by ordinary post, e-mail or fax.

Close the screen using the button Close.
