Languages

The Languages support file is meant to contain all names of the languages spoken by your clients. Each individual client or group member at the time of entering clients personal data can be associated with one language that s(he) speaks. You can also use this option to define ethnic groups when this is appropriate.

How to Add Languages

To add languages you go to Support Files ->Languages and a screen like the one below shows up:

Click on the Add button to add the new languages. This will be added and will appear in the Languages scroll space. Repeat this for all possible languages. Then click on the Close button to exit the menu.

How to Delete\Modify Languages

To delete\modify a language label you go to Support Files ->Name Language and a screen like the one below shows up:

From the list of the displayed languages in the scroll space, click on the language that you want to delete\modify. The variables for the selected language will be displayed in the Language Spoken text boxes.

To modify the language label make the necessary changes and click on the Update command button. To delete the language label click on the Delete command button.

You can click on the Print command button to view\print the Languages labels and keep them for future reference or click on the Close command button to exit the menu.
